Imagine Dinner is a printable, zine-style cookbook created by UCLA PHD student Elizabeth Schiffler in collaboration with Los Angeles Food Equity. The zine was distributed to LA public school students in 2023. Local chefs created recipes and Elizabeth and I worked to make the zine feel fun, approachable, and inviting to someone who has never cooked before.
